It addresses both the reluctance of staff and managers to alert the board to risk and the silence directors often encounter when they announce company direction.
Still working with the, incredibly powerful, basic tools of the Chinese Five Elements the course will take a deep dive into each attendee’s personailty type and their personal frustrations. Emma will then work with you to develop a set of strategies to overcome those issues. These may include different methods of communication, keywords to avoid or use or even turning around expectations entirely.
