From accounts to development, teams function better when they understand each other.
This course can be used to to build on the knowledge from our Introduction to Yourselves. In it Emma works at a more focussed level with smaller teams or groups of managers to understand the dynamics of their colleagues. Using the shared language of the the Five Elements she will demonstrate why different members respond to each other in different ways.
We also call this the “Oh! That’s why…” course as we find that when Emma explains and predicts how indviduals respond to each other, there is a certain level of realisation as attendees begin to understand the power of the Five Elements system.
The outcome not only increases team productivity but provides a framework for avoiding future conflict or tension.
